high court stay on vote for note


The Hyderabad High Court on Friday granted interim stay on a lower court’s order for an investigation against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in a money for-vote case. The court directedTelangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to document a counter petition filed by Naidu, looking for suppress of the lower court request.    The court suspended further hearing for the situation. Key Special Judge for ACB cases on Monday requested the authority to altogether research an appeal recorded by YSR Congress lawmaker A. Ramakrishna Reddy. The administrator had looked for a test into Naidu's part for the situation.  Revanth Reddy, an official of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Telangana, was a year ago caught in the act by the ACB offering Rs 50 lakh to MLA Elvis Stephenson to make him vote in favor of him in board decisions. A sound tape of Naidu's asserted phone discussion with Stephenson had additionally surfaced.
